Orders & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of taxes. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued to the original payment method.

Shipping

Orders ship within 24 hours of placement. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with courier conditions. Free shipping applies to all prepaid orders.

Returns & warranties

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery (see Return & Exchange). Manufacturing defects are covered by a 6-month warranty; the Crystal series carries a 6-month no-yellowing guarantee.

Limitation of liability

G-Case is not liable for damage to devices while cases are used outside their intended purpose. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product.
